수업 시작 28일 전 취소 신청 시 등록비(Administration fee)와 비자 관련 비용(Visa admin fee)를 제외한 금액이 환불.
수업 시작 8~28일 사이 취소 신청 시 등록비(Administration fee)와 비자 관련 비용(Visa admin fee)를 제외한 금액의 50%가 환불
수업 시작 0~8일 사이 취소 신청 시 환불
1. Course Refund Policy
1.1. Each prospective and continuing international student acknowledges
and agrees to the Terms and Conditions of the International Student
Refund Policy on signing the Booking Form.
1.2. The terms and conditions set out in this International Student Refund
Policy apply equally to commencing and continuing students unless
otherwise specified.
1.3. Applications for refunds for all students must be authorised by one of
the Directors of LILA or their nominee.
1.4. The Academy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions
at any time.
1.5. Where fees are paid by a party on behalf of the student, the Institution
reserves the right to notify that party of the refund request.
1.6. The funds covering the tuition fees must be clear at the time that the
refund request is made by the student and all debts to the Academy
must be paid before any refund can be made.
1.7. Refunds will only be paid at the end of a student’s course.
1.8. Refund requests for full or partial refunds must be made in writing on
the Refund Application Form, must set out the reasons for the request
and be accompanied by supported documentation as appropriate.

Cancellation by school
LILA* reserves the right to cancel/adapt any course.
LILA* will refund payments under the following circumstances:
A) school closure due to circumstances outside of our control – this does not include adverse weather conditions
B) if school is unable to provide reasonable space to conduct the course
C) if student’s application compromises the reputation of school prior to arrival
D) avoid breach of the above conditions
LILA* is not obliged to refund payments under the following circumstances:
A) reasonable repair work or decoration to the premises
B) if student is unable to pay in full at a prearranged time
C) if student is unable to arrive at prearranged time/day
D) if student breaches the Terms and Conditions
