영국 학생비자 GSV & YMS 비자 신청시 무료 의료 혜택이 유료로 변경
2015년 4월부터 영국비자신청시 (Tier 4 & 5(YMS 포함) ￡150 결제 의무화로 영국 학생비자 무료 의료 혜택이 유로로 변경됩니다.
그러므로 2015년 4월부터는 일반학생비자는 ￡150 (기타 비자 200파운드)의 추가비용을 비자신청시 지불하셔야 합니다.
지불을 하지 않을 경우 비자신청 서류는 자동으로 거절된다고 합니다. 6개월 미만 비자 신청자 분들은 따로 신청비용 없이 NHS를 이용하실 때마다 이용료를 내야 합니다.
* 주의 사항
- 비자신청비용과 별개. 개인유학생 보험과도 다른 개념
- ESVV는 visitor의 범주에 해당되어 비록 11개월이지만 건강 보험료 납부는 면제라고 합니다.
- 워킹 홀리데이는 Tier 5에 해당되어 건강보혐료 납부를 해야하고, 학업 목적이 아니므로 연간 £200해서 총 £400 를 납부해야 합니다.
Many people who need immigration permission to come to or stay in the UK will be charged an additional sum as part of their immigration application. This will entitle them to receive free health services under the National Health Service. ￡150 for students and their dependants. ￡200 for other applicants. This sum is an annual amount and applicants will be charged the annual amount for each year of the maximum period of leave which could be granted under the immigration rules Entry clearance (visa) applications for leave of 6 months or less are not subject to the charge. Anyone who applies for entry clearance under the visitor immigration rules is exempt. This does not include the extended student visitor route as it is not in the rules, but it does include academic visitors even if they apply to come for longer than 6 months so they should ensure that they have health insurance.
